I've had psoriasis since I was 8 I'm not 24 and recently been diagnosed with PSA I have no energy ever I'm constantly tired I even gave myself a break from everything to sleep and rest and it hasn't helped... Anyone else the same and have advice ?
I find that working out and staying active gives you more energy. I know that when you are tired you don't feel like working out. Force your self to exercise. You will feel better mentally and phsicially.
Nope they basically looked at my medical history and went yup its arthritis I've got really bad dry skin from psoriasis I do get mouth sores would that mean anything ?
have u ever got your thyroid checked? thinning hair? dry skin? mouth sores? diahreah? constipation?
Nope, I don't think it's your age, I will be 66 in July, [not that far away] I was a great gardener, as good as any man with a shovel, laid flower beds , dug soil... I did have Arthritis at the time, but walked a great deal. I hadnot been diagnosed. Have you got PsA? I think that causes alot of the exhaustion and fatigue. I also find what I eat does have an impact even though Doc and Prof. says it doesnot. They have said smoking is v bad, I don't smoke anymore and try and stay away from Sugar and rubbishy junk food. ~~ I agree though, the fatigue is bad and I have lost friends that got fed up with my breaking appointments due to being totally exhausted... that has been the hard part.
I'm 62 and tired all the time. Sometimes I blame age - but I was always very active and on the go. Now outside of work its hard to force myself to keep moving. Don't know if its life catching up with me for burning the candle at both ends all those years or what. But I'd love to be as active as I was into my fifties.
