Has any one been put on methotrexate? Any side affect going dermatologist appointment tomorrow had my bloods test and xray done couple of weeks ago so not sure how soon they start you on this medication and do I take it daily, weekly at hospital or home.

i was told along time ago you have to drink loads of water if you have phoriasis a nurse told me
you take it at home you have to take it one a week iv been on it now for 9 year
Had been on methotrexate which was great but side affects were really bad felt tired and drained all the time. Also felt nauseous 24/7 anti sickness didnt really help they even stopped the tablets in the end and started with the jab in the leg but my liver started to fail so had to stop or i wud have carried on. Hope this helps u may be completely different and not suffer all the best.
been on methotrexate for 10 years just get alot of stomace upset
Nausea, some hair loss. Nothing I couldn't live with. Pro vs Con.
