You can get a hair paint that is in a spray can and cover small patches. That is what I use. It is sold at any beauty store, and washes out with shampoo.
know I'm a man and hair loss isn't the big thing it is for women, but I've had the same problem, the good news is when the patch heals up generally the hair grows back, I had a patch about the size of 4 fingertips completely bald. It cleared up a few months ago and now I have new hair growing, slight catch, it's like baby hair at first, very fine, but it gets thicker.
I have the same issue, my hair is falling out from the roots so I end up with bald small patches, am terrified incase the patches become bigger
I don't think doctors take psoriasis seriously enough ,I sure a lot of them do not realise what an impact it has on our lives.
