I used nutragena t-cell, very hard on my hands and fingers. I then went on to another shampoo, MG217, Psoriasis medicated shampoo and conditioner, I wash 2 x and then follow up with Head and Shoulders Almond Dry Scalp. I notice I'm good for 3 days or so. I've started adding Aloe Vera Juice to my coffee in the a.m. and it is really helping to soften my scalp. Hope this helps.

use a tar based shampoo and let it set in your hair for a few minutes before you rinse it out. I don't use a conditioner.
