I've never personally used it for the plaque skin patches but I have used it for as ointment for pain.

I did some more research on the topic and it is suppose to help psoriasis, I let u know found a receipt to make some so I'll keep u posted in that, if u like

I haven't used this, but coconut oil is quite good at reducing redness and keeping psoriasis moisturised
