I have pustular scalp psoriasis which is painful but does not itch, any suggestions for that?

My pustular scalp psoriasis is different than itchy scalp psoriasis. Does anyone have that? How do you deal with it? It is very painful.

I recommend Aevedas Scalp Therapy shampoo. A tad pricey, but worth it.
