I get the same thing, it's awful. I find laying a sock inside my bra helps with the hotness & sweating.

Try GOLD BOND spray helps keep it dry

Can you try a bralette. I know there isn't very much support but It does help me heal. I put my cream in, let it dry, dust with baby powder or corn starch and the wear a bralette. Good luck girl!

Best cream I have found to help is Eumovate, or Enstillar is very effective but can only be used short term.
