How often do you have a PsA flare up. How do you know it's a flare and not a symptom? What happens to you during a flare? Can you predict when a flare is going to happen? Thanks in advance.

My flare ups seem to start after I've had a UTI or sinus infection where I have to go on antibiotics. Also stress is a big factor. My PsA started in 2008, had flare up in 2013 which took me out of work and 2017 started in April and still have a sausage toe and can't find any shoes to wear. Also spread to both wrist and chest. Makes is very painful to breath, sleep and even move around.

Stress immediately sends me into a flare. Certain foods I eat. Avoid alcohol sugar processed food. I know it is a flare because I itch, I am fatigued, angry, and my joints are stiff painful and swollen.
