Most likely, I use to have it on my face as well and what helped me was this cream called sorion along with organic coconut oil from Trader Joe's, and alkaline water . All I drink is water now and I've been clear for 3 months. I have it in my scalp too and coconut oil helps it as well I go through my scalp with a comb and gently lift the flakes out and I apply the coconut oil all over my scalp and let it sit for a while I shampoo my hair with shea moistures shampoo and conditioner specifically for psoriasis and eczema and then after I rinse everything out I apply coconut oil to my scalp again. My hair dresser couldn't believe how clear my scalp is.

Yes, I have the same problem and in and around my ears too! It started on my lower scalp at the back of my head and I now have it all over, in patches and around my hairline and between my eyebrows and the sides of my nostrils above my top lip and below the lower lip and my chin. I often wake in the morning with silver scales with red inflamed,or red spotty skin under them; in all those areas I've just mentioned. Using normal cleansers and moisturisers burns like fire, even the "All Natural, for sensitive skin" ones! I am getting some relief from using an Australian product called "MooGoo" I also use an un-fragranced cream cleanser like Cetaphyl to clean my face, ears and neck first.

I use Cortic - DS 1% ointment. 30 gram tube. It is Hydrocortisone acetate 10mg/g. It works wonders. The skin specialist in Brisbane told me you cannot get psoriasis on your face that it is like a fungus from having psoriasis on your scalp. I use this in and behind my ears and even on some spots on my eyelids and eyebrows. It usually take 2 days to settle but it helps heaps. You can buy it over the counter at the chemist. It is made by Aspen Pharma Australia. I sometimes use it every night if I am getting a haircut or a special day along with Nizoral 2% shampoo from the chemist. Give it a try I hope it helps you too. 😎
