Products from amazon/ walmart that help with psoriasis and or make it go away?

Im looking for something i can buy at a local store or get off amazon that will help get rid of my psoriasis not just keep it from getting worse. I have used psorent with kinda helps. I have used emuaid for other things but not psoriasis.
