Has anyone one have psoriasis fall out of hair and onto your eyelids or face and feel like itchy biting bumps abd where every they fall they make a breakout point?

no, I do have scalp psoriasis but if scales fall out, they don't cause a patch that they touch. The scale is the final part of the cycle, it is just dead skin and won't "infect" where it falls. You can test this by doing it on purpose. Get a scale and try to write your name with it and see what appears afterwards
