I find that flucinocide solution will knock it down for a few months after 3-4 applications. I use a qtip a couple times a week for cleaning. For itching I hold a vibrator to by ear bud and that provides amazing relief, but I started to get tinitus so now only use it for a few seconds in frequently, as that seemed to be the cause.

This has recently started to happen to me, too! Peroxide isn't helping. The 1st time the flakes were gone by the time I saw an ENT so they just removed a bit of cerumen (wax.)..I have another appointment in a couple of days and my ears are quite broken out, I hope to get some help with this - I'm on a biologic, too!
