Anti-inflammatory diet, it just does the body good. Then progress to Mediterranean. I also use turmeric when my C-reactive proteins are high (when I do my monthly blood work monitoring.)

How long were you taking prednisone? I heard when going off that can make it worse? Was it like the before taking it?

I think it's time to replace that daily soda with clean filtered water with lemon. Soda could be a trigger.

Oh no! I’m so sorry! The doctor seems lost in how to treat me because of my allergic reaction to medication. I started soaking them in Epsom salt. Try it if your comfortable. It helped my feet & hands a little. 😊

my psoriasis looks like your hands and finger but much worse i have it only on hands and fingers and they said i have pustular psoriasis it peels like urs but i get pustules as well
