What More Can I Do?

What More Can I Do?

Been to the doctor 2x in the last 2 weeks. Dermatology this past Monday. Diagnosed as severe psoriasis. Iā€™m currently on Humira & thyroid medication. Tried prednisone & stronger steroid cream. Nothing is helping. The skin on my hands, knees, legs, arms & feet are peeling away at a rapid rate. This is extremely painful. What more can I do or try?

Anti-inflammatory diet, it just does the body good. Then progress to Mediterranean. I also use turmeric when my C-reactive proteins are high (when I do my monthly blood work monitoring.)

I think it's time to replace that daily soda with clean filtered water with lemon. Soda could be a trigger.

Oh no! Iā€™m so sorry! The doctor seems lost in how to treat me because of my allergic reaction to medication. I started soaking them in Epsom salt. Try it if your comfortable. It helped my feet & hands a little. šŸ˜Š
