Cut back sugar and carbs. They are inflammatory. Psoriasis is an inflammatory response to built up toxins that damage our autoimmune response and send healing to damaged skin and just doesn't stop healing. Food additives are a big trigger as well as junk foods. My biggest is food dye. Red 40 . blue3
I’m with Robina, her diet needs to be addressed
have you checked her diet? she could have a food sensitivity or environmental allergy.
Have you tried the scalp cream from moogoo? I found using the scalp cream overnight then washed in morning with the moogoo shampoo and conditioner really helped, it might take a few goes but mine is so much easier to deal with now! Also a nit comb gets the little bits out quite well, hope shes dealing with it ok, also if using a hairdryer try not to use the hottest setting x
Try jojoba oil. It seeps into the skin when baby oil sits on top . Applying this oil will help relieve dryness and itch
