Wisteria over the door of a cottage is beautiful.
I have some very large oaks and two big ash trees. I've planted about 200 young trees these last few years and will enjoy watching them grow. I love living trees but also love sawing, splitting and stacking dead ones ! Just had another truck load delivered to keep me out of trouble.

Did you know spruce trees have shallow roots. They will blow over easily. Cedar trees have deep roots and are used for natural windbreaker. Hard to uproot.

I love trees too, Did you know just by holding your hand against the bark you can calm your nervous system? tapping into the electric energy of the planet through trees. it works. I'm a treehugger

I've never tapped trees. Here I have oaks, ash, cherry, birch on my land. Planted 150 2 years ago and 95% are going really well.
When I come to USA I want to see some different species and some huge trees.
