I've had extreme itch om my left arm with with no visible reason. That was years ago and then in disappeared. The last several years I've had itch at the top of my anal area at the bottom of my spine. Sometimes the skin splits in that area, very sore. It feels as though the itch has spread up the skin on my back. Has anyone suffered this? Thank You

Yes and I'm afraid it's going down to my anus. Very painful. I use Aquaphor that's what my dermatologist told me. You can try to get that plaque off after you use Aquaphor for a few days. Sometimes it will bleed.
