I have a form of psoriasis when I get scales on my scalp, and my hands and feet peel. My scalp itches but nothing else. Any natural recommendations?

This isn’t a “natural” remedy, but it’s not a prescription. When my scalp starts, I use T-Gel shampoo and rub it on my scalp. It doesn’t smell good and has tar, but it helps with the itching.
