Thanks for the feedback. One of my issues is extreme dryness from plaques…so I did not understand why go on Soriatane to dry it out more?? I dont have the pustules… just dry, cracked and bleeding. So I moisturizer like 5 times a day. It’s already much better!

Thank you! I decided to wait another couple of weeks. Will diligently put a thin coat of cortisone and keep moisturizing to see if that helps. Also at 1/2 point with UV treatments and its finally showing some improvement. I will inquire on the Taltz ! Thanks for the good feedback!

tra2, have you tried Prosoria ? I couldn't walk because the horrible cracks were bleeding and burning and my hands weren't much better. I used the www.prosoria.com 2 part ointment and cream (1x day) and it really helped.
This plaque palmar plantar psoriasis really is painful. I hope the prosoria helps.

im not sure why ur doctor put u on soriatane for plaque psoriasis usually thats for pustular psoriasis

i was on soriatane for 30 years for pustular psoriasis on hands and feet worked well now i have placque psoriasis so doctor switched me to tremfya
