My psoriasis is spreading on my fingers, and appearing in some different places why.
The palms of my hands were cracked and painful, no Psoriasis product I bought at Walgreens helped.
I now use Chaparral salve which is an ancient Native American remedy. A little goes a long way. My lesions stay moist and don't dry out like the store-bought products, and since the palms don't dry out, the pain has subsided.
You can check out the Chaparral if you go online to ArizonaDesertRain.com
Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment works wonders on fingers and hands. For that matter, it works great everywhere. My doctor started me on Tremfya injections and it started working after the first injection. I have been doing the injections now for about two years. Every 8 weeks. I encourage anyone who suffers from Psoriatic arthritis as I do to talk to your doctor about Tremfya. Also, if you visit tremfya.com, they offer payment assistance. This injection cost me only $5.00 every 8 weeks.
You can literally get psoriasis anywhere on your body . I now have psoriasis that affect my eye lid, conjunctiva, cornea resulting in the development of ocular manifestations, including corneal dryness. I don’t think anyone really understands why but I am considering going on immunosuppressants now. Does sunlight help you , because the sun has always helped my hands , arms , hips & knees . On nice days I do 20 mins in the Sun after my light treatment has finished at the hospital to keep it under control .
