Has anyone taken Skyrizi? I am going to be starting it soon, Otezla didnโ€™t seem to work for me. And does anyone have suggestions for itch? My fingers are breaking out, but this year has been extremely bad for flare ups for me, my scalp, fingers, elbows, knees,. I sure hope my dermatologist can soon find something that works. Iโ€™ve already tried about every cream, lotion, even liquid meds for my scalp. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you all!

My doctor has me trying otezla first because it's less invasive, but it takes months to know if it works which sucks. If it doesn't work, I will try skirizi too. My symptoms are internal and external. So topicals do not work, only subdues a little. Im down with anything that works. Good luck to you. Hope this one works!

Try a barrier cream from the pharmacy or drugstore to keep a barrier between the skin and the dry air to stop the itching. Baby oil is great to get plaque off the scalp, don't know if it will stop the itchyness.

I received my first loading dose 4 weeks ago, getting my next dose this week (11/14/22). No side effects so far but not seeing improvement. It's actually getting worse... on my scalp, feet, hands and legs now. The itching is driving me crazy!
