I pour jojoba oil on my head with hot water and use a fine tooth comb and a lice comb and scrape it off but it clogs the drain. Basically, after each scrape, i cup my hands and pour hot water, then continue scraping, takes about 30 minutes, the more hot water and scraping you do, the more it softens, after you shampoo of course. If anyone has a better method, tell me please. It's really an elaborate method. I use mg217 shampoo. then I use the wide teeth to make my hair rows are straight, then I switch to the fine teeth. After I pour the oil and water , I realign my hair again with the wide teeth, then switch back to the fine teeth. its like a computer algorithm. I've been doing this for 17 years now. I have 2 fine tooth combs, one is straight, the other is slightly curved, I switch back and forth depending on the angle. This is because sometimes extra skin comes out with one after I use the other. Of course, the incessant itch will be relieved when you've done a good job because that's what causing the itch. At a certain point, the itch is so insane that I have to just go at it like a madman or I'll have insomnia and won't be able to do anything else either. I'll start making basic mistakes because its so distracting like putting my shoe on the wrong foot. And of course, I have a tooth brush to clean the skin that collects in the teeth of the comb out after each stroke. Im 35 yrs old.

I started using Triderma Psoriasis control Face and Body Cream, relieves itching, irritation and redness; it seems to be working so far. I don't expect permanent cure.
