What is everyone doing or using for pits on their finger nails???

I didn’t know anything could be done for them, wow. I’ve only got grooves running from the cuticle out and mainly on one or two. But at one point when my skin was bad, I realized my nails were brittle and went rummaging through my cabinet for a small pot nail cream someone gave me years ago, called Barielle, which made them strong again. Ridges are still there. Looking it up I see that it’s reported that nail health can improve as psoriasis improves, so maybe it’s like another sign to recognize?

I use 1000 mg Cbd oil it also is clearing up my psoriasis along with omega 3s and vitalize
