Go to your local grocery store and ask they sell aloe Vera leaves where I live here in Washington State they are $5 take it home cut it open cut a piece off and cut it open and apply it it stops itching immediately now with the rest of the leaf I put mine in a gallon freezer ziploc bag and store it in the refrigerator

I would scratch so hard, Id bleed! I got my psorisis under control by getting cortizone shots every 3 months. And when I itch, my Dr. perscribed me Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream, works good.

You could try anti itch cream, ice packs or put a soft sock on your hands if you must scratch it will at least help reduce the skin damage also (rub) your skin don’t dig at it.

Consider the types of soaps you are using on your skin and scalp. Many people do have itching as part of Ps but mine goes away with careful consideration of my shampoo, soap and lotions. Less is more with this: less fragrance, additives, etc.
