Hi yes started 2 years ago after 1st 2 covid shots... have always had a patch or 2 on my knees and elbows and now have this and it is horrible... just started with Wynzora cream which is betamethisone and calcipotriene (vitamin D) which so far is helping better than just betamethasone alone. Have to use it till I go back to doc on Feb 1st then see where to go from there.
Thank you very much for the info!
Yes I have it on the soles of my feet. I have it on both palms of my hands. If I don’t take care of it quickly, my feet crack and I cannot walk. Psoriasis causes rapid skin replacement before the old skin sheds. I use one of those battery powered sanders nearly every day. I use working hands hand cream on my feet. I was prescribed otezla a year ago. It has made a world of difference in my psoriasis. But I have found every now and then the itching is horrible. I used athletes foot cream on the area itching and it stopped itching. Just try to stay on top of it with the sander. It does make a difference
