Now that I look back (I had a diagnosis long before I had PsA symptoms), small things I hadn't thought of were probably small ways my body was asking me for attention. I jammed my thumb and even after straightening it out, it still hurt. I'd wake up and my elbows would be so sore and I wouldn't understand why. Being stiff in the AM and needing time for meds to kick in before moving around. Weird blisters that would show up when extremely stressed...severe arthritis around areas of injury my body tried to "heal", and last but not least, psoriasis on my hands .

Hi Tanveer!
I’m not having too much pain right now. Mostly, it’s my balance that is a problem. I take it slow and easy so I won’t fall ( the big scare is falling) and I do OK . My Rheumatologist has me on Methotrexate and that has really helped with the pain. I have Clobetazol for the psoriasis and that does a pretty good job too.
How are you doing, my friend? Hope you are able to enjoy the summer months.

I too had what I was diagnosed as a contact dermatitis on my fingers and a dull aching in my knees on cold days when I was a child. My scalp would itch and flake esp. in the winter. Maybe my body was talking to me too.

Joint pain that can move around from joint to joint is a major one. There is no test. It does have some unique symptoms. Ridges on your fingernails is one major one.

How much skin psoriasis do you have?
