He oído que la ropa que usas puede marcar la diferencia. No estoy seguro de tu género, pero el corte "boy short" para mujeres es bueno para el área de la ingle, ya que detiene el roce. Lo mismo ocurre con los sujetadores reductores con un gran tramo de material debajo de la copa. I have heard that the clothing you wear can make a difference. Not sure of your gender, but "boy short" cut for women is good for the groin area, as it stops the rubbing. Same with minimiser bras with a large stretch of material under the cup. Anything that can stop the rubbing should help a bit. as long as it doesn't rub, so you might need to try a few on.
