I used Vaseline then wrapped over night as a kid. My Ps disappeared at 17. I would recommend products made with goat's milk now. I am using one for my face and body! Expensive but worth it.

Mom slathered me in Vaseline then cover it up for bed time. Plenty of salt water and sunshine (D3) or UV lamp. Can use you bathtub with Dead Sea salts or Epsom salts, too.

I buy goat soap directly from a goat farm, Flegal Family Homestead in Genoa, Ohio. Works much better than store bought ones. You can find them on Facebook

There is a bar soap there too. Maybe I will try it too.

I use a bath soap that’s made with goats milk.. a lady makes it for me.. it’s very soothing
