Hi Ginny, as a long term sufferer of psoriasis I've found that natural anti dandruff shampoos with high levels of zinc work best for me. I try not to wash my hair too often as shampoo can strip out the natural oils in my hair/scalp. Just wash as often as you feel is necessary.
If you want a quick freshen up of your hair, my hubby uses Dove liquid body wash with moisturizer most days (or you might be able to purchase something similar) which he says leaves his hair feeling lovely and soft after he's been to the gym. I haven't tried this myself but he loves the stuff!
Good luck and hoping that you won't have too many more bad hair days!
Cheers😻

4. Other Recommended Shampoos:
- Capasal
- OGX Teatree Mint Shampoo
- Denorex Shampoo

It's often recommended to rotate between different shampoos to prevent the scalp from getting used to one ingredient. Always test a new product on a small area of your skin first to check for any adverse reactions.
