I had Methotrexate added to my Taltz when it stopped working as well - it helped but then I started loosing my hair - lost about half my volume so I stopped that as I could not deal with the amount of hair I lost. Now on Tremfya - still early but seems to be working. I also recently started a 12 week Fix - first step was removing added sugar and processed foods. Seems to have really helped. But you have to remember that everyone has different reactions to drugs and you may not have the same ones. You need to listen to your own body and how it reacts. Many of the things I have been on have an initial reaction that tends to subside at about 2 weeks for me. Good luck finding what works for you.

Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I am altering my diet a little at a time and can already tell the difference in how I feel. The pain in my joints isn't as bad, but the inflammation hasn't subsided.
