I use Tarsum on my scalp, its a shampoo, you can use dry or wet, helps with itching and flaking, I use it on my ears as well just like washing them with soap, Available on Amazon. I have a RX for an oil for the ears as well, Best to speak with with a dermatologist about treatments.

Iam new to all of this I haven't even been to a dermatologist yet So Im experimenting on what helps and what doesn't.I like Neutrogena Healthy Scalp soothe and calm shampoo with tea tree oil . Dermarest psoriasis Helps remove scalp Buildup I use it first just on the scalp.

My dermatologist prescribed Clobetasol for my scalp and a 2.5% cortisone cream for my ears...inside and out. Both have worked really well for me.
