Deb489, I have Palmoplantar psoriasis on hands and feet. I use VTAMA cream and take vitamin D, tumeric and calcium. Magnesium, potassium and collagen. Any dermatologist should be able to help you. The psoriasis foundation can maybe provide you with a list of providers in your area. 😔 Sorry can't tell u a name.
