Anti-inflammatory diet and white willow bark capsules. Heating pads and comfrey salve. absolutely no food dyes and additives. very bad.

Thank you so much. I’m now on Bimzelx and it’s working wonders for me. Only one biologic! So happy this is working and covers all my bio-markers. I’m no longer taking Otezla as it’s included in the Bimzelx!

I take Duloxetine and it does a pretty good job keeping it under control.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member. How does Duloxetin help your inflammation? I was prescribed Duloxetin, too, but it was for depression only. I don't think it helps reduce inflammation, but I could be wrong. It treats MDD, GAD, DPNP, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and Fibromyalgia, too. It didn't do anything for inflammation at all for me. Hey, as long as it helps you that's all that matters. 😊
