I didn't use any carrier oil straight neem oil on my psoriasis just like the guy from the book I read ....I noticed a weird like super dry itch on my back and arms after 10 days or so then I backed off little unsure gave a 3 or four day rest started application again ...like 30 days went by itching ceased and psoriasis went away for the first time in st least 20 years knees elbows and groin area...the ones on my elbow did not go away totally like others I think maybe I was little careless about weather I rubbed off the oil laying on my stomach to read my bible.....worked so great I gave my only other bottle to my son ...cold pressed organic haven't used any in 30 days while I waited on my next bottle to come a little psoriasis emerged on my knees but I'm sure it will go away ...the guy in the book said he uses it once a week and doesn't have any ...I will see if it is the same for me but to tell the truth I love the stuff I like to rub it on my face and nose where I have a scar because it's supposed to kill skin cancer and eliminate scars too...too long a post...my journey was long and God used it for my good and now as a soldier In God's army I ask for a little relief for all calls suffering ..I'm 52 it's been a horrible disease but it has been good for me to go through thank you..I'll look for that book but there is only a couple you'll see it on Amazon
