Is that just an over the counter lotion?
Try Cerave lotion for psoriasis. It's works wonders for me. My back, chest and thighs looked exactly the same, and turned out to be guttate psoriasis. There are several different types. It felt like I had been burned and stung by bees or fireants. And it itched also. I hope you find relief and get it under control.

Was even told by one Doc that I had scabies! My husband was furious. Lol I was going through a stressful situation that helped bring it on, and had sun exposure as well. Then it suddenly healed almost overnight like a miracle. Wish the plaque psoriasis and PSA would do the same.
Based on your description, particularly the "drop-like spots" appearing across your body after sun exposure, this could be guttate psoriasis, which appears as small, scaly spots on the arms, legs, and torso. This is different from the plaque psoriasis you may have experienced before on your elbows, knees, and scalp.
