Hi Camille,
A while ago I was having some gastrointestinal issues. I was talking to a gastroenterologist about it-since there is some association between GI issues and PsA. He suggested I cut milk and dairy for a couple weeks to see if it improves. What do you know? The issues went away! His diagnosis was lactose intolerance. Apparently as we age those of us who are lactose TOLERANT stop producing lactase sometime after 40. I switched to non dairy milk, avoid cheese, and take a lactaid when I want ice cream. My GI issues have largely gone away. I use oat milk, which I actually really like.
