I trid using steroids, and relieved itchness, now I started with Metotrexate which has significantly improved

My husband was on it but it began effecting his liver so he was taken off it. Then another pill now another pill and nothing is helping

Methotrexate is something I still take. I am slowly being tapered off of it however it I start feeling the blisters coming back they pump it back up again. This medication is shared with Tremfya and I have been of clear skin for nearly 3 years now. We should also realize that what works for one might not work for another

Methotrexate is a dmard, those often can lower white blood cells. Also have your liver checked while using it

• Injection site irritation
• Headache
• Upper respiratory symptoms
• Flu-like symptoms

Remember to take any prescribed folic acid supplements while on methotrexate, as the medication can deplete folic acid levels in your body.
