I think that I could just sit on the deck for hours and do nothing. I counted 12 Mourning Doves in the feeder. A Blue Jay tried to move in and 2 chipmunks running around our feet. OOps and one Hummingbird. Yesterday was 22 Doves, 4 deer, and then a hawk flew in and ruined the party. No bears this week.

How can anyone not fall in love with this 24/7!😁

How about a walk in the woods-plenty here. Then spread a blanket and just listen to the sounds with your eyes closed. What do you here? Nothing? Listen again closely. Crickets? Birds? Identify them! When home listen to books on tape. I like to listen to Patterson or Nora Roberts.

Then pop a Lorazepam because it doesn't work! Once up again the stress starts up again!🥴

I missed this. It is Wednesday already. No sleep again. I finally cut the compression bandage off of my arm. The itch was 🤬.Almost looks like it will start to bleed again. I ripped a bandaid off on Saturday from a cat scratch but ripped my skin off too. It did not stop bleeding, so we went for help.

What are you up to? We actually got a little rain last night. A bit of lightening at 12:01 with distant thunder.

We used to go in very big for Halloween in our old neighborhood. Our dog and I would get dressed up and decorate the long driveway with lit electric pumpkins, spooky ghost crossing the driveway screaming, eyes that lit up in the woods and last spiderwebs all over the front door! But best of all was the gifts. We had kids that had allergies. So I bought a variety of candies-chocolate or sugar based. Handfuls of coins my husband started many years ago, but my best was hot chocolate chip cookies to take home to the dad left there. Hot cocoa if it was cold. We knew everyone, except the last 2 men running to the door without a costume. They were firemen from the town over asking for cookies before I closed up for the last time!🥳

Where did it go? @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member, no fasting. I had to stop the Lipator ,then fish oils. I try to eat good, but if I do not eat immediately I get the dry heaves then vomit. You should see when I go for surgery and need to stop eating! Meds to keep my stomach down then knock me out fast! I try no carbs but oatmeal and then lots of fruits. Too much work to do here and I am too sore to do anything! We are so accident prone! 3 months from tripping through the dishwasher and still is open! I just peeled a bandaid off my cat scratch and took off 2" X 1/2" of my skin. What next?😧
