Well, it's been 8 days since tak8ng the loading dose of 160mg. As of today, I don't feel that anything has changed. I was hoping to feel something after having that much of a new biologic in my bloodstream, but I haven't felt anything different--good or bad. I've been inactive so long that anything I try to do I get winded so easy. This disease is horrible. It has seriously taken a toll on my overall health. This stuff hasn't let up at all in its progression. Over the past twenty years, it just kept getting worse by the day.
So sorry to hear that those meds have failed you.I have tried all except Humira. Not to much success with them either. This last flare was really hard on me. My Rheumatologist started me back on Taltz. I'm still in a lot of pain. I'm still on the started dosage of Taltz. They also introduced Zepbound to partner with the Taltz for a better outcome. ( they're saying GLP1 are partnered with bologic has a promising outcome. It hasn't been FDA approved for Psoriatic Arthritis) I'll give them a couple of months to see if they help. Please talk to your Rheumatologist about Taltz. It worked really well for me a few years back. I was doing really well and decided to get off of it. Wrong thing to do. I hope this helps in some way.
Sorry to hear they have all failed! Hope you find something that works soon!
