Bad inflammation can effect breathing. But I don't think is specifically linked to psa. Definitely need to get your lungs checked for diminished capacity. I learned just last year that when we reach 40 yrs old we start to lose breath capacity in our lungs unless we are runners or do regular aerobics. One way to stop and reverse it is to take deep filling breaths in the morning. One belly breath and one chest breath. And again at night. Slow in And slow out. It's a pure case of use it or lose it.
