Have others with PsA or Ra, have an Increase in Pain when the Weather changes, either up or lower

Reason i ask about the weather, is, I have Always had an increase of joint, Tendon Pain, everywhere if teps go up ir down by ard 8degrees. Any one else with this issue

I realized my diet is not getting me any b12 vitamin. B12 keeps nerves healthy. No wonder my skin on my ankles started to get numb as well as ache underneath. Supplement of liquid b12 has helped. Thick warm socks and a heating pad.

A MyPsoriasisTeam member shared their experience: "I dislike cold weather. My knees and arms, as well as my wrists and hands, hurt badly. Flare-ups also occur more when it's cold, but I'm seeing more of a flare-up on my wrists and arms."

Interestingly, it's not just cold weather that can trigger symptoms. Another member noted: "It's blistering hot today, and the humidity triggered a flare-up in my wrists. When I woke up, my wrists and other joints were so painful."

Your experience with pain increasing when temperatures change by around 8 degrees is something other members have noticed too. Weather changes can affect joint pain, tendon pain, and overall inflammation throughout the body.

If you're finding weather changes are consistently triggering flares, it might be worth discussing this pattern with your rheumatologist. They may be able to adjust your treatment plan to help manage these weather-related symptoms better.
