I read about something one time when it comes to edible Insects stating that they were high in protein and may contribute to better skin health... did I hear right?🐛..🤷🏻‍♂️

🤢 Don't we realize that insects are full of germs and bacteria from the ground possibly probably? I pass on that. But I have autoimmune neutropenia with this all so I'm not even entertaining that idea yuck.

With a civilized culture why would you eat bugs? You have so many other options. I mean the closest I would get is organic possibly that bugs crawled on it but that's it.

To each their own but that would not be a recommended option to do. Just doesn't sound very sanitary.

Funny you mention sweeteners, JimS. I actually asked about refer because I’m trying to cut through the noise. Since you're the 'flavor expert' today, do you have a take on puffin' spiffs instead of getting juiced?🍹

Just don't use artificial sweeteners on them, Art, and you'll be fine...😁

Yes! Mealworms ,too. I used to heat insects up by a 100 watt bulb then serve them. Many tribesmen live on "Gods" food. So why should they not be healthy for us? But for clearing diseases that leaves doors open for debate. The crunchier the better!
