The steroid I use isn't enough so I'm looking for any options now that I can't get my other cream I use. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Cetrev, are you at a place where you can get manufacturer help for paying for your meds?
I also have adverse reactions to biologic medications. My doctor told me it is a medicine sensitivity. But everytime I took my shots or pills that were prescribed to me I ended up in the er with chest pains and because of this I am now on nitro for heart issues. So I will be following your question to see if there are any alternatives.

Clobetosol is what I use and yes it tends to thin skin. I can't take any oral meds., as I have an underlining condition that causes lots of reactions to meds.

Look into taking a shot!! I take skyrizi and my skin is completely clear after being covered from head to toe with psoriasis! I started with Enbrell then to humira then to stellar and now im on skirizi!! Makes a world of difference @ but I guess it depends on if your insides are becoming inflamed as well! I also have psoriasis arthritis though! It helps alot! I did use a topical called I think clobex which is a steroid and tends to thin Your skin, use nothing with fragrances or smelly perfumey lotions also!
