Not sure what lichen psoriasis is to be honest. I have scalp psoriasis. But. Either way , i use dovobet it works like a maricale, but obviously it comes back after a while but its for quick relief and i think it contains cortisone so its also something you cant use for too long and need to get a prescription. But for me it really works but its a bit pricey but its really worth it
