Agreed. also try going gluten free. take probiotics and digestive enzymes to heal the small intestines. drink a lot of water. "leaky gut" takes a long time to heal. goats milk, blueberries, squash, saurkraut - foods that heal the intestines. we are what we can absorb.

Your feelings are correct...at least with me when I came off Humira my body exploded with lesions on 95% of my body...I spent 6 mo in a recliner because it hurt so bad to move...2 years later I'm still recovering...Nutrition is the answer...Raw foods...Kiefer, apple Cider vinegar...Msg me and I can tell you more...Nutrition and healing my Gut has changed my life!!!!

your doctor can add methotrexate to your humira as well... make sure your doctor is always kept up to date on your concerns and pain..

I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I am on Humira for the past 4 years. It helps for the patches in a minor way, but it will never go away and still need to use different creams daily. It has made a lot of difference to the pain that I had to live with every day and were able to cut down on a lot of other medication. To me, Humira has definitely made a big difference.
