Hey all...my psoriasis is grtting worse, and I have alot more on my legs. Anyone have a great way to rid leg hair without shaving? When i shave they all start bleeding. Thanks

I use an epilator that pulls the hair rather than shave - if I do rarely use a razor, I use hair conditioner as a lubricant on my skin rather than soap.

Hi there. Prior to going on Humira, my legs were covered in thick plaques, and I know that feeling like a gorilla didn't make me feel any better about them! I found that using an electric (well, battery-operated) shaver designed specifically for the bikini area meant I could get rid of the majority of my leg hair without the bathroom looking like the set of a slasher movie! You can generally adjust the closeness of the shave, which prevents cuts. Mine is a Remington Bikini Trim and Shave. I don't think they do that specific model anymore, but they do do something very similar. Good luck! X

I use an electric ladyshave. Not quite so effective as a 'wet shave' but at least it doesn't make my legs bleed by skimming the top off the spots :)

Epilator works well for me - especially over the plaques where the hairs stick out more. No bleeding and smoothish hair free legs

I use a mens Gillette fushion razor with ultra Base cream, works well for me at one time I had psoriasis on 80%of my legs,
