Any suggestions to bring up that help scalp psoriasis? See derm soon for the first time. I am ready for my scalp to give me a break. Would like to have a break for Once in 3 years at least. I am so scared of the some of the side effects though. Benadryl isn’t even helping the itching right now. I can’t itch all night.

I have been using 'Sebco' and 'soap spirit' for my scalp psoarasis. They both take away the itching but the soap spirit does sting a good bit. The raw coconut oil is great to, really helps moisturize the scalp.
