Hi Marilyn! I am on Taltz and it is working great for me! Since I had tried every treatment there was with no success my derm thought Taltz was worth a try. I appealed to the drug maker (Eli Lilly) and I met their income guidelines and I qualified. I take my week 12 shot in two days, and since it is working for me I will now go to just 1 injection a month. I could never afford this med on my own! I'm on Social Security Disability due to MS and my Medicare supplement only covers the stuff that doesn't work! Good luck, I hope you can get on something that works for you soon!

My Dr. office always handles that part they call Medicare to get a preauthoritation as I am on disability also and they approve something for 1yr and at the end of the 1yr the Dr.’s office calls again. One nurse stated that big Pharmaceuticals dont want the media attention as Otezla for 60 pills is close to 4K a month and that is uncalled for I don’t understand it. Without the preauth I would never be able to afford that....
