Yes, I don't know how long you've been on it but give it time. I am taking it and it does work.

Methotrexate is what I am going to try; but only for 6 months due to liver and kidney side-effects.

I have been on Otezla for one year. At first, my skin cleared up 90%. But after one year, the psoriasis has gotten worse and I am going to try Methotrexate for a few months to see if that will put my condition in remission. I will not take it for more than 6 months b/c of liver and kidney damage. I am an RN.
