I believe alcohol is not good for psoriasis. Since cutting down on beer my psoriasis is milder.

I too KNOW alcohol in any form is a trigger. I miss the social aspect not being part of the group so to speak when I am with others.I have found non-alcoholic beer and wine "appears" I am part of the group. I bring it to gatherings and "pretend" it is the real deal.

Well Mike, I know this, but I hate giving up that nice relaxed feeling. I didn't drink at night for 30 years of my marriage to Eben. Not even during his weeks away in either the hospital or the rehab.

I think cutting down alcohol has other benefits - I've lost my beer tummy, I sleep better and I'm saving money. I got into a habit of one or two beers a night but a few weeks ago I just knocked it on the head so easily. You can do it!

Thanks to you both. It's not the answer I wanted to hear, but thank you. I hate giving up my evening wine that goes with the news.
