Yes fatigue is a factor with psoriasis unfortunately. Just rest when you need to.

I am newly diagnosed with psoriasis..the PAIN in my feet and ankles is unbearable so glad to know it's not just me..and the fatigue unreal..I turn 60 2morrow but feel 100 lol..I am so glad I joined here..have a Blessed weekend Everyone 😊

I do that also. I used to clean my house in one day. Now it’s small tasks at a time
